This package is offered by Resort Save.

  1. This promotional vacation package may be offered throughout the United States and elsewhere, however, it is void where prohibited by law and is not directed to residents in any state in which a registration of the timeshare plan is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met. Names and addresses obtained from this promotion may be used for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership plans.
  2. The vacation packages presented are offered to married and co-habitating couples or legally single women, between the ages of 30 and 70 at time of travel. Under certain circumstances with some of our destinations, qualified single males may also travel on our vacations. Couples must have minimum household income of $50,000 per year. Singles must meet income qualifications on their own. Full-time students DO NOT QUALIFY. Some locations require additional qualifications. Guest(s) must attend an approximately 90 – 120 minute, courteous, informative resort sales presentation. Participant(s) must bring two forms of identification for accommodations check-in and at the presentation; Participant(s) must present a valid Driver's License, State Issued ID, Military ID or Passport. Guest(s) must show a Major Bank Issued Credit Card for ID purposes and hotel taxes (AMEX, Discover, Visa, or Master Card). A prepaid or secured Credit Card or Debit/Check Card is Not a Credit Card, but can be used to pay for package and/or incidentals. If married or co-habitating, both partners must attend the sales presentation together. Married and co-habitating couples must provide proof of same address and living together, or proof that they are married. No refunds will be given for no-shows and early checkouts. Participant(s) in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth above, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not Qualify, will not receive a refund, and will have their Credit/Debit card charged the full Rack Rate, per night, plus an additional night, depending on time of year, plus all applicable taxes and administrative costs. There is a per night reservation processing fee associated with this promotion. Taxes of $19.95 per night are due at the time the resort makes contact to confirm. Accommodations are in a standard room and are good for 2 adults and 2 children 11 years of age and younger. Upgrades and extras are available, for a fee, at time of reservation. Changes to existing reservations and special holiday fees will apply at time of reservation or change. Cancellations must be received within 14- days of check-in to avoid loss of destination.
  3. This vacation offer is designed for couples and families traveling together for recreational and vacation purposes, not to exceed a maximum of 4 people per offer, excluding "all-inclusive" destinations. Additional accommodations as well as extra nights may be purchased to accommodate larger families in excess of 4 people. Not all destinations provide accommodations for 4 people. Additional costs associated with certain accommodation locations are imposed by the sponsoring resort property. NO PETS allowed in resort accommodations or affiliated accommodation facilities.
  4. This special offer is limited to one per household or family. Group travel is prohibited and is considered two or more couples/families traveling together or separately arriving on the same or alternate date or staying at the same or different accommodation facility using this discounted accommodation package. This special discounted accommodations package CAN NOT be used for business travel/use. Attempting to use the package for business purposes/travel will invalidate the package offer and all monies paid will be forfeited.
  5. All room accommodations are in a standard hotel, unless the package specifies a specific property (depending on type of accommodations package purchased) in the resort area and are all subject to the availability of RS room allotments. Accommodations may be upgraded at a special rate and additional rooms or nights may be purchased at the time of booking (based on availability). Rates may vary by season; alternative seasons are referred to as "peak/holiday seasons" - additional surcharges may apply. Resort Save reserves the right to substitute a different premier resort destination or hotel accommodations in accordance with room resort availability during peak periods, conventions, holidays or when RS room allotment is full. The retail value of this package and accommodations provided herein varies based on the cost of the package and season of travel. Due to contractual obligations, properties offered may change at any time and RS is not obligated to fulfill trips to destinations that we no longer have contracts with.
  6. This offer may NOT be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week.
  7. Guests are responsible for all applicable State, Federal and Foreign Government’s taxes and fees. Airfare, ground transportation, taxes and resort fees, meals (except at "all-inclusive" destinations) and other incidental costs are not included in this offer and are the responsibility of the PURCHASER. PURCHASER is also responsible for reservation processing fees at time of booking.
  8. This offer expires 12-months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at time of purchase. This offer may be extended in 6-month increments, for a fee, by calling customer service. This is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy to residents of any state, region or area in which registration, if so required by law for any resort, has not been completed.
  9. Reservation requests for domestic destinations require a minimum of 45-days advance notice. Reservation requests for international destinations require a minimum of 60-days advance notice. It is recommended for holiday and required for foreign travel to give a 45-day advance notice. Any reservation request within 30/45-days of travel date will be subject to a late booking fee. DO NOT BOOK AIRFARE OR ANY OTHER PASSAGE UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED. A $15 per night reservation processing fee will be collected at time of booking for all destinations. For "all-inclusive bonus" destinations in Mexico, one way ground transportation is included and there is a resort fee of $29.95 per night paid directly to the resort. For Costa Rica, there is an "all-inclusive" booking fee of $155.00 per person collected at time of booking. All amounts quoted are subject to change. Traveler is responsible for all taxes, resort fees and incidentals, charged by and paid directly to resort. Any changes or cancellations of requested/confirmed reservations require a 14-day advanced notice and may incur cancellation/change fees. Any cancellation/change received inside the 14- day period will incur a fee that is at least one night accommodation at rack rate plus tax. Other cancellation fees may apply. Some destinations have stricter cancellation/change time frames. The cancellation/change time frames will be disclosed. All reservation processing fees are non-refundable, if cancellation is within these terms, the reservation processing fee will be kept on file to be used on subsequent reservations.
  10. RS reserves the right to alter its Terms and Conditions and Terms of Promotions as deemed necessary by operational procedures and/or as otherwise mandated by State or Federal Laws. This offer supersedes all other representations made in regard to this offer, verbal or written. Participant acknowledges and understands that the payment (method) vehicle in which he or she provided for payment at the time of offer, either CREDIT or DEBIT CARD, shall be automatically debited on the DAY of the initiation (purchase) of their order. RS ALLOWS PURCHASER(S) TO CANCEL HIS/HER PURCHASE WITHIN 30-DAYS COMMENCING ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE. Cancellation of package offer will revoke all benefits including use of any room nights, and/or other travel benefits provided by RS or affiliated vendors. The package fee is non-refundable 30-days after the purchase date. The package fee is non- refundable once a reservation request has been placed with RS. This package is transferable to other qualified persons. Medical, Personal, Physical or Economic issues are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not cause for cancellation of package purchase beyond the 30-day period. Participant must use vacation package within 18-months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise agreed to by RS. If RS provides additional time to use the package, the "extended" time will be noted in your customer records. If you purchase the package during a period when you are considered "qualified" and then become "unqualified" by either income, marital status or any other reason the package will remain active for use until package expiration.
  11. Airfare, transportation, taxes, meals and other incidental costs are not included in this offer and are the responsibility of the PURCHASER. Travel related benefits and other accommodation providers of such travel related benefits, is/are responsible for the benefits to which it offers and each have independent terms and conditions to which each is responsible for providing to the purchaser in conjunction with such offers independent of Resort Save terms and conditions..
  12. This offer is not for retail sale and invalid if purchased, bartered, auctioned or not acquired from an authorized sponsor. This vacation offer has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  13. Resort Save is not responsible for any Acts of God, personal travel interruption, transportation costs or personal illnesses preventing purchaser from using package. This offer may not be used in conjunction with, or in place of, any other vacation or promotional offer and is invalid for use by distributing agents, their employees and/or family members of same.
